Refunds & Returns
All lotion sales are final. We do not issue refunds for lotions that are purchased from Ultimate Tan through your customer portal. As the customer it is your responsibility to inspect the bottle that you receive for cracks or damage to the container. Once the bottle is in your possession and leaves our business we do not issue refunds or allow returns.
Membership Cancellations Policy
Automatic Renewal:
All Monthly Membership plans are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card) Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month at the same payment terms and billing date established at time of enrollment. These memberships include our 3, 6 and 12 month memberships. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for early cancellation of these memberships prior to the completion of the original term. Any changes to plan, or cancellation must be received in writing 30 days in advance of next billing cycle or plan expiration date. Once the term of the plan chosen has been fulfilled the membership will be on a month-to-month commitment.
Month-to-Month Membership Cancellation
Memberships that have transitioned to a month-to-month basis can be cancelled with written notification 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. There is no fee for cancellation of month-to-month memberships.
